Any patients having problems accessing the surgery should ring the bell at the front door when someone will come to offer assistance.

Patients unable to use the stairs can see the doctor of their choice on the ground floor. Please inform the receptionist when booking the appointment that this is the case so that prior arrangements can be made.

Patients wishing to see Dr Clay who cannot access the stairs should either ask for the last morning appointment available or if possible ask for a Tuesday evening, when there is more ground floor room availability.

Patients wishing to see Dr Walker who cannot access the stairs are requested to ask for the last morning appointment available or book for a Monday or Wednesday morning if possible.
