We have received questions from our patients regarding adverse media coverage of Jhoots pharmacies and we wish to clarify that:
- The pharmacy here operates as an independent business and is totally separate from Poplars Surgery. We are not involved in it’s running and management.
- We want all our patients to be well looked after. We would like any problems with the pharmacy to be reported to us so we can take the appropriate action.
- All patients are free to use any pharmacy of their choice and your choice of pharmacy will never affect the treatment you receive from the Poplars. Reception staff will be happy to advise patients who wish to change their nominated pharmacy.
