Clarification for Poplars Surgery Patients
We have received questions from our patients regarding adverse media coverage of Jhoots pharmacies and we wish to clarify that:
- The pharmacy here operates as an independent business and is totally separate from Poplars Surgery, which means we have no control of how it operates and are not able to be involved in its running and management.
- We want all our patients to be well looked after, and we would like any problems with the pharmacy to be reported to us, so we can take the appropriate action and/or notify the relevant people.
- All patients are free to use any pharmacy of their choice, and your choice of pharmacy will never affect the treatment you receive from the Poplars. Reception staff will be happy to assist patients who wish to change their nominated pharmacy.
